*About the Company**

SCMConnect Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Professional Education space. We are currently setting up a dedicated Admissions \& Student Acquisition Center for a leading organisation and are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team.

*Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain program features, benefits and career opportunities.
Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments/walk\-ins.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Ensure high\-quality customer interactions and lead nurturing.

*Desired Candidate Profile**

1–3 years experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, inside sales or BPO.
Experience in outbound sales process preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
Target\-oriented and energetic personality.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
