We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Roll out offer letters and support onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2–4 years of recruitment experience.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/HRMS tools.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
