We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements across various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience working with multiple hiring channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in recruitment.
Hands\-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
