We are looking for a proactive and skilled **HR Recruiter ( male or female)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with managers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires
• Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
