Vecura Wellness Clinic is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, as well as overseeing end-to-end onboarding. You will maintain the candidate database and hiring reports, coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and support employee engagement and grievance handling initiatives. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws is a key aspect, alongside assisting with performance appraisals and training activities. The ideal candidate holds a graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or a related field with 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the wellness or healthcare sector. Strong communication and networking skills are required, along with familiarity with job portals, social media, and recruitment tools. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
