Human Resource Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people\-oriented HR Executive to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

HR Operations

• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Employee Engagement

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and team\-building initiatives.
• Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• Help create a positive and productive work environment.

Administrative Support

• Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for workforce requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹22,850\.36 \- ₹38,141\.10 per month

Work Location: In person
