About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and overall workforce development. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, leadership capabilities, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end\-to\-end hiring processes across departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction initiatives.
Performance Management
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance reviews.
- Create employee development and succession planning strategies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning \& development programs.
HR Operations \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as required.
Leadership \& Strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to management on HR\-related matters.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support business growth through effective people management strategies.
Required Skills

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations is mandatory.
- HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,500\.29 \- ₹84,414\.20 per month
