We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive **HR Intern** to join our team. In this role, you will get hands\-on exposure to end\-to\-end HR operations, including full\-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, employee onboarding, and implementing workplace engagement initiatives. - *Key Responsibilities1\. Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment**
- **Sourcing \& Screening:** Source prospective candidates across online job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn), and campus channels. Screen resumes against specific hiring criteria.
- **Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate virtual/in\-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Pipeline Management:** Maintain and update our recruitment tracker, ensuring timely updates and follow\-ups with active candidates.
- **Communication:** Draft and send professional applicant communications, including interview confirmations, offer letters, and feedback/rejection emails.
- *2\. Onboarding \& Employee Documentation**
- **New Hire Setup:** Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new team members, including collecting necessary compliance documents and setting up basic access tools.
- **Database Management:** Maintain precise and confidential employee records, managing tracking logs for attendance, leaves, and core team directory data.
- *3\. Employee Engagement \& Culture**
- **Engagement Initiatives:** Brainstorm and help execute innovative internal engagement activities and team\-bonding sessions to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- **Internal Communication:** Help draft internal announcements, policy updates, and newsletters.
- *Qualifications \& Requirements**
- **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA/BBA), or a related field.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable interacting with candidates and team members at all levels.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- **Attributes:** High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and absolute commitment to handling sensitive workforce information confidentially.
- **Mindset:** A self\-starter attitude with the agility to multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment.
- **Experience:** Direct mentorship from industry professionals and hands\-on exposure to building HR frameworks from the ground up.
- **Credentials:** Certificate of Internship Completion and a formal Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
