• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Recruiter** to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support talent acquisition efforts. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while maintaining recruitment records and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate should have 0–2 years of experience and be able to independently manage assigned recruitment responsibilities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Recruitment:**

• Manage job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
• Communicate interview details and updates to shortlisted candidates
• Maintain recruitment status reports, trackers, and candidate pipelines
• Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for new and open positions
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future openings

• *Coordination \& Reporting:**

• Act as a point of contact between management and candidates for recruitment\-related queries
• Ensure timely follow\-ups with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and recruitment data
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates for management

• *Skills \& Competencies:**

• Strong communication skills (English)
• Good coordination, interpersonal, and relationship\-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and priorities
• Organized, responsible, and detail\-oriented
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• *Qualifications:**

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
