The Reporting Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, governance, and delivery of compliance reports using data from internal systems and external client platforms. The role requires expertise in Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA, and compliance tools to deliver accurate, timely, and high\-quality reporting solutions. The individual will lead a reporting team, manage stakeholder relationships, drive automation, and ensure continuous process improvement while maintaining delivery excellence.

• *Roles and Responsibilities:** • Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of compliance reports, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs • Manage, mentor, and support a team of reporting analysts to achieve delivery and performance objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights • Drive reporting automation using Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA, and other reporting tools to improve efficiency • Ensure data integrity through robust quality checks, governance, and process documentation • Analyze reporting trends, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable business insights • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for reporting issues • Manage priorities, coordinate with cross\-functional teams, and proactively handle client escalations • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and knowledge\-sharing initiatives across the reporting function • Support client meetings and business discussions extending up to 12:00 PM EST, as required
