Job Summary

Educan Global Operations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result\-oriented Overseas Recruitment Coordinator (Immigration Recruiter) to join our team. The company will provide qualified leads of candidates who are actively seeking overseas job opportunities. The primary responsibility is to contact prospective candidates, understand their career goals, explain suitable international job opportunities, and convert inquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact company\-provided leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Counsel candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities and immigration processes.
• Understand candidate profiles, qualifications, and career aspirations.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain regular follow\-ups.
• Convert inquiries into positive cases and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Explain job vacancies, salary packages, country benefits, and recruitment procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the processing and documentation team for smooth candidate onboarding.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Experience in recruitment, telecalling, sales, counseling, or immigration consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
