• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage vehicle insurance sales, renewals, and policy issuance.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policies, endorsements, and claims.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance documentation and customer requests.
• Drive insurance business growth and achieve assigned targets.
• Guide the team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with insurance procedures and dealership policies.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Relevant experience in motor insurance, preferably in the automobile dealership industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of motor insurance products, renewals, and claims procedures.
• Target\-driven mindset with excellent customer\-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation and basic computer operations.
