Interior Telecaller/presales

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Interior Telecaller / Pre\-Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and assisting in customer onboarding.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain interior design services.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about services.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and project needs.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings with customers.
• Maintain customer details and update lead information regularly.
• Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.

• *Skills Required:**

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Telugu, English and Hindi is preferred.
• Confident in handling customer calls and follow\-ups.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• *Eligibility:**

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with good communication skills are preferred.
• Interest in customer interaction and the interior design industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
