Job Summary
Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is seeking energetic, target\-driven, and highly motivated International Telesales Executives for its B2B Outbound Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with business owners and decision\-makers in international markets, generating sales opportunities, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets through outbound calling.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and decision\-makers in the US, Canada, and other international markets.
- Introduce and promote the company's services and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through outbound calling.
- Understand client requirements and identify business needs.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales representatives when required.
- Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow\-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets, call targets, and performance goals.
- Follow company sales processes and compliance standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to team leaders and management.
Required Skills

- Confidence in handling international client conversations.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in International BPO, Telesales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
- Experience working with US, Canada, UK, or Australian customers preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
