About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated MBA graduate with strong research, communication, and relationship\-building skills to join our International Business Development team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about global trade, international markets, and export business.
The selected candidate will support the expansion of our business across international markets including Mexico, China, USA, Indonesia, UAE, and other emerging regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, importers, distributors, and business opportunities in international markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Generate and qualify export leads through online platforms, trade directories, trade fairs, and industry databases.
- Assist in developing international business strategies and market entry plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective international customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare presentations, business proposals, product profiles, and market reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support export inquiries and customer requirements.
- Track and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, B2B meetings, webinars, and international business events when required.
- Support management with market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, International Business, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internships, projects, or certifications related to International Business, Export Marketing, Market Research, or Sales will have an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong internet research and analytical abilities.
- Good presentation and business writing skills.
- Confidence in interacting with international clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
