The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in Agro Commodities and Spices (with a special focus on Red Dry Chilies), building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and driving export sales growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of global markets, particularly within the Agro and Spices sectors.
The candidate should be a self\-starter capable of independently developing and executing international growth strategies, especially in target markets such as Mexico, China, USA, Indonesia, and UAE.
- *Qualifications \& Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; MBA or any relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in international business development or export sales
- Demonstrated success in managing international clients, negotiating contracts, and closing high\-value export deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English
- Strong ability to work **independently**, manage **multiple markets**, and adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
- Willingness and ability to **travel internationally** as required for business meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
- Develop and implement effective export strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with new international clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Conduct in\-depth market research to analyze global trends, competitive landscape, pricing structures, and customer preferences across target regions.
- Adapt and customize product offerings to meet specific market requirements and buyer expectations.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and destination country standards.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, B2B meetings, and industry events to generate leads and build brand presence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, sales forecasts, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision\-making.
