We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven International Recruiter to join our growing team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for international job opportunities, particularly in healthcare, hospitality, construction, and other overseas sectors. Recruitment targets will be assigned and will directly impact performance\-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates regarding documentation, interviews, and application status
Coordinate with international employers and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes
Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in the CRM system
Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets
Assist candidates with documentation and compliance requirements for overseas employment
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment drives, and promotional events as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or international hiring (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
Excellent organizational and time\-management skills
Willingness to commute or relocate to Janakpuri, Delhi
Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
