We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven International Recruitment Manager to lead global talent acquisition initiatives across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas recruitment, client relationship management, workforce mobilization, employer branding, and end\-to\-end recruitment operations.
The role requires managing international hiring projects, developing client partnerships, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring successful delivery of skilled and unskilled manpower solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end\-to\-end international recruitment operations for overseas clients.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for hiring across sectors including Healthcare, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil \& Gas, and Skilled Trades.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for international recruitment projects.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams, recruiters, and recruitment partners to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
- Conduct workforce planning and market mapping to identify talent availability across regions.
- Manage recruitment drives, virtual hiring events, and large\-scale hiring campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations, documentation, visa processes, and mobilization requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including time\-to\-fill, cost\-per\-hire, fulfillment ratio, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support client acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Train and mentor recruitment teams to improve sourcing effectiveness and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 8\+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in international recruitment leadership.
- Proven experience managing overseas hiring projects and international clients.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets, workforce mobility, and visa processes.
- Experience recruiting for GCC, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, or other international markets will be highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and recruitment analytics.
