About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven **International Sales Manager** to develop global markets, generate export business, acquire international customers, and build distributor networks.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete international sales cycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to commercial negotiations, export documentation, shipping, and logistics coordination.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales.
• Strong experience in International B2B Sales \& Business Development.
• New International Market Development and Customer Acquisition.
• Export Documentation – Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB.
• Practical knowledge of Shipping \& Logistics Coordination.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, LC, Advance Payments and International Trade Procedures.
• Experience in Distributor Development \& Key Account Management.
• Coordination with CHA, Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines.
• Strong Negotiation, Commercial and Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Excellent English Communication and willingness for International Travel.

• *Preferred Industry Experience:**

Industrial Filtration, Filter Bags, Non\-Woven Fabrics, Technical Textiles, Engineering Products or related industries.

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹58,000\.00 per month
