• **Salary:** Up to ₹32,000 per month (In\-Hand)
• **Shift:** Rotational shifts
• **Transport:** Both\-side cab facility / Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound international voice calls.
• Assist customers with travel\-related questions and service requests.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Escalate complex customer issues whenever required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
