Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to international travel services.
• Assist customers with travel\-related information and concerns.
• Provide professional and effective customer support over calls.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proper query resolution.
• Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
