Experience Criteria

• **U1:** Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
• **U2:** More than 24 months of experience.

• *Important:** Voice process experience will receive 100% consideration, while non\-voice, backend, and other process experience will receive 50% weightage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer queries professionally.
• Assist customers with account\-related enquiries and policy information.
• Provide accurate solutions using cloud\-based tools.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Ability to handle international customer interactions.

Salary Structure

• *0–6 Months Experience:**

Salary Slab 1: ₹3\.25 LPA

Salary Slab 2: ₹4\.25 LPA

• *7–11 Months Experience:**

Salary Slab 1: ₹4 LPA

Salary Slab 2: ₹5 LPA

• *12 Months\+ Experience:**

Salary Slab 1: ₹5 LPA

Salary Slab 2: ₹6 LPA
