International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote and upsell products, plans, upgrades, and additional services.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain required productivity and quality parameters.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000\.00 per month

Experience

• International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
