Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.Update customer records and interaction details in the system.Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.- Good verbal communication skills in English.

- Customer\-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
