About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Inverter Sales Executive to drive sales of inverters, UPS systems and related power backup solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market visits, cold calling and networking.
• Promote and sell inverters, UPS systems, batteries and related products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and potential customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities and understand market demand.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Provide product information, technical specifications and suitable solutions to customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after\-sales support.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports and sales pipelines.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical or electrical background will be preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in inverter, UPS, battery, solar or electrical product sales.
• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of dealer and distributor networks.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits.
