Immediate Hiring Requirement – Sales Manager

Our current priority is to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for Delhi NCR.

• **CTC Budget:** ₹6–8 LPA (All\-inclusive)
• **Experience:** Minimum 4–5\+ years
• **Managerial Experience:** Mandatory
• **Location:** Delhi NCR

• *Preferred Industry Background:**

Electricals, Electronics, Home Appliances, Inverter/UPS/Battery, Voltage Stabilizers, Power Electronics and Solar Distribution.

Candidates from V\-Guard, Microtek, Luminous, Exide, Crompton, Havells or similar organizations will be preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities \& Candidate Expectations**

The candidate should have practical experience in

• Developing and expanding General Trade (GT) dealer and distributor networks.
• Managing Modern Trade (MT) accounts and retail\-chain partnerships.
• Building, leading and managing sales teams.
• Handling online key accounts, including Amazon and Flipkart KAM/Category Teams.
• Supervising institutional, tender and government sales operations.
• Supporting export business development.

We are looking for professionals with a strong industry network and a proven track record of independently developing distribution channels, expanding markets, managing sales operations and achieving business targets.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
