• *Job Summary:**

Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a logistics support service provider working with international clients (primarily US\-based operations), is looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Hardware \& Networking Executive. The role involves ensuring seamless IT infrastructure support for 24/7 operational processes including dispatching and ticketing functions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, headsets, and other IT peripherals
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of internet connectivity, LAN/Wi\-Fi networks for smooth business operations
• Provide real\-time technical support to employees working on logistics, dispatch, and ticketing processes
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimum downtime
• Manage and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and basic server systems
• Set up and onboard new employees with required systems, email configurations, and access controls
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system records, and user access logs
• Coordinate with external vendors/ISPs for network stability and issue resolution
• Ensure data security, antivirus updates, system backups, and compliance with company policies
• Support night shift / rotational shift operations when required to maintain 24/7 uptime
• Assist management in upgrading IT infrastructure as per business growth requirements

• *Required Qualifications \& Experience:**

• Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware and networking support (BPO/KPO environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi\-Fi configurations
• Hands\-on experience with Windows OS, system troubleshooting, and basic networking tools

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A\+, or Network\+ will be an added advantage
• Experience in handling IT support for voice/non\-voice processes (headsets, dialers, CRM tools, etc.)
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
