Arch Recruiters is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a growing financial services organization with offices in Australia and India.
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Support Engineer to provide day\-to\-day support to a small team in Mohali while working closely with the client’s Sydney\-based IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking international exposure and hands\-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
As the primary IT support resource for the Mohali office, you will ensure seamless connectivity, security, and performance across the organization’s technology environment. You will support local users, manage Microsoft 365 services, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and collaborate with global teams to maintain high operational standards.
\* Monitor and maintain Azure Virtual Machines and cloud resources.
\* Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and latency issues.
\* Ensure endpoint security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are functioning effectively.
\* Support cloud\-based infrastructure and storage solutions.
\* Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licensing, and access controls.
\* Administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
\* Configure and maintain shared mailboxes and security settings.
\* Provide support for Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft applications.
\* Serve as the primary IT support contact for local employees.
\* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system performance issues.
\* Assist with device setup, maintenance, and optimization.
\* Coordinate with the Australia\-based IT team to ensure compliance with global security policies and MFA requirements.
\* 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
\* Hands\-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
\* Exposure to Azure Virtual Machines and cloud infrastructure.
\* Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
\* Experience supporting Windows\-based environments.
\* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
\* Experience managing SharePoint permissions and OneDrive administration.
\* Exposure to security best practices and endpoint management.
\* Experience supporting international teams.
Certifications (Preferred)
\* Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\)
\* Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS\-102\)
