Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The candidate should have good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and basic IT operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of resolving technical issues and providing effective IT support to clients and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and end users.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Handle basic LAN, Wi\-Fi, internet, and networking\-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems within the required timeline.
• Provide remote and on\-site technical assistance whenever required.
• Maintain records of technical issues, complaints, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues.
• Guide customers on software usage and basic technical operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely technical support.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, IP configuration, and networking.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to handle technical issues independently.
