• *Job Description :**

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop troubleshooting.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
• Configure and set up laptops, desktops, and user accounts.
• Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, and remote\-working tools.
• Troubleshoot desktop, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and support tickets.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Perform system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and endpoint security activities.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation of IT support requests.

• *Requirements :**

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Internal IT.
• Hands\-on experience with Windows and macOS systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software, printers, and email.
• Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT documentation.
• Good communication, customer service, and time\-management skills.
• Understanding of IT security, backups, antivirus, and patch management.
