IT Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated **IT Support Executive** to join our team. This role provides hands\-on experience in **technical support** and **RDLC reporting**, offering the perfect start for your IT career.

• *Responsibilities**

• Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email, chat, and on\-site.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering quality support.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to get the most from our products/services.
• Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback during on\-site visits and share insights with internal teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain **RDLC reports** based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to understand data models and ensure accurate reporting.
• Perform data extraction, integration, debugging, and suggest workflow/report improvements.

• *Requirements**

• Completed a degree in **Computer Science, IT, or related fields**. *(Candidates currently pursuing a degree are not eligible)*
• Familiarity with **RDLC, SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio**.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
