- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation
- CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (Based on experience, skills, certifications, and interview performance)
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, Network Administrator, or a similar role.
- Candidates with hands\-on experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Networking, IT Security, and End\-User Support will be preferred.

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient IT System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, end\-user systems, and network environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the security, reliability, and smooth operation of all IT assets while providing timely technical support to employees.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem\-solving abilities, and a service\-oriented approach to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevice \& Asset Management
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.
- Conduct routine system audits and health checks.
System Administration
- Manage Windows operating systems and user environments.
- Create, modify, and maintain user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
- Handle password resets, account access requests, and user support.
- Ensure proper access controls and security compliance.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- Manage Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot email accounts and collaboration tools.
- Support users with productivity applications and cloud services.
Network \& Infrastructure Management
- Monitor and maintain Wi\-Fi networks, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
- Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
- Manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems and backup solutions.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and network vendors when required.
IT Security \& Compliance
- Ensure all systems are protected with up\-to\-date antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Monitor and respond to malware, virus, and security incidents.
- Conduct periodic security assessments and vulnerability checks.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
Software \& License Management
- Deploy software updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Troubleshoot software\-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation of software assets and configurations.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of hardware, software, and IT services.
- Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of vendor\-related issues.
Technical Support
- Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network\-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents within defined timelines.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and system records.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective.
Required Skills \& QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
- Hands\-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Understanding of Active Directory and user access management.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with antivirus solutions, endpoint security, and IT security practices.
- Familiarity with NAS, backup systems, and data management.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA
- CompTIA A\+
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- MCITP or equivalent certifications

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and end\-user support.
- Experience working in startup or fast\-paced environments will be an advantage.
