We are looking for a dedicated and skilled **ITES Trainer** to deliver quality training and enhance learner employability in the IT\-ITeS domain.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Conduct classroom training for candidates under **IT\-ITES / Employability Skills / Customer Service** programs.
• Deliver sessions on:
• Communication Skills \& Spoken English
• Customer Service \& Customer Handling
• ITES (Voice \& Non\-Voice Process)
• Computer Fundamentals \& Digital Literacy
• Email, Internet \& Office Productivity Tools
• Soft Skills, Grooming \& Personality Development
• Workplace Readiness \& Interview Preparation
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Maintain student attendance, assessments, progress reports, and MIS records.
• Conduct practical sessions, mock interviews, and evaluation activities.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide mentoring and counseling support.
• Coordinate with mobilization, placement, and project teams to ensure training effectiveness and placement readiness.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
• Support achievement of training targets, assessment readiness, and placement outcomes.

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Certification or background in **IT\-ITES / Soft Skills / Communication / Computer Applications** preferred.
• Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in training, teaching, BPO, customer service, or skill development sector.
• Experience in **NSDC / Government / CSR / Skill Development Projects** preferred.

• *Required Skills:**

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of **IT\-ITES sector and customer service processes**.
• Proficiency in **MS Office, Internet, Email, and Computer Applications**.
• Strong classroom management and learner engagement ability.
• Good reporting, documentation, and MIS handling skills.
