Junior Accountant

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare GST workings and assist with GST return filing.
• Process TDS deductions and assist with TDS return filing.
• Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities during audits and compliance activities.
• Generate MIS reports and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands\-on experience with **Tally ERP/Tally Prime** or other accounting software.
• Good understanding of **GST, TDS, and statutory compliance**.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (**B.Com**) or equivalent.
• M.Com or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• 2–5 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
• Candidates residing in **Navi Mumbai** will be given preference.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
