Junior Accounts Executive

• *Responsibilities:**

• **Data Entry:** Record daily purchases, sales, receipts, and payments into accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books).
• **Invoice Processing:** Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and process them for timely approval.
• **Bank Reconciliation:** Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to match bank records with internal books.
• **Receivables Tracking:** Follow up with clients or the sales team regarding overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
• **Voucher Management:** Prepare and maintain physical and digital accounting vouchers, including cash and bank receipts.
• **Data Extraction:** Pull raw financial and operational data from systems and format it into clean spreadsheets.
• **Daily/Weekly Trackers:** Maintain and update routine trackers like daily sales reports, collection reports, and stock logs.
• **Excel Reporting:** Build basic reports using intermediate Excel tools like **Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and conditional formatting**.
• **Error Verification:** Cross\-check data entries to find discrepancies before reports are submitted to managers.
• **Presentation Assistance:** Help senior executives compile charts and data tables for monthly performance review decks.

• *Skills Required:**

• 1\-3 years experience
• **Accounting Software:** Mastery of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or SAP B1 for day\-to\-day data entry.
• **Core Accounting:** Solid grasp of bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and basic tax calculations (GST/TDS).
• **Intermediate Excel:** Fluent with XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning shortcuts.
• **Data Accuracy:** High attention to detail to spot transaction errors and duplicate entries.
• **Reporting Basics:** Ability to compile raw data into clean weekly/monthly performance trackers.
• **Time Management:** Organized approach to consistently meet strict daily and month\-end closing deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
