Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day\-to\-day civil construction and site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Monitor RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable IS Codes, approved quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, material inspections and quality checks in coordination with QA/QC teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily progress, maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
• Verify construction work against approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Support material reconciliation, quantity verification and measurement of executed works.
• Identify construction defects, report non\-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements.

Mandatory Experience

Construction execution, high\-rise building projects, residential and commercial construction, government/institutional projects, IS Codes and construction quality inspection

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
