Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Manage **bulk hiring** drives to meet business hiring requirements.
  • Plan and execute **campus recruitment** activities, including coordinating with colleges and universities.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with pre\-joining documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring databases.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining process.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong knowledge of **Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**.
  • Experience in **Campus Recruitment** and **Bulk Hiring**.
  • Good sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS.
  • **Strong communication skill ( Fluency in English)**
  • *Eligibility**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a **notice period of up to 15 days** will be preferred.
  • Candidates residing in **Navi Mumbai** will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
