• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive Junior Purchase Executive to support procurement activities for interior fit\-out projects. The candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, material follow\-ups, and procurement documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining vendor quotations.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material deliveries.
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain purchase documentation and vendor databases.
• Coordinate with Project and Accounts teams for procurement activities.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and material receipts.
• Support inventory and material requirement planning.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the interior fit\-out industry.
• Basic knowledge of interior materials and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
