We are hiring for a ***Lead Management / Account Coordination role*** based in Navi Mumbai.
Experience: 1–3 years
CTC Budget: Up to ₹6 LPA
We already generate leads through our own campaigns, outbound efforts, content, and marketing initiatives. This is NOT a cold\-calling or hardcore hunter\-sales role.
We are looking for a smart, highly driven, and organized person who can nurture leads, manage follow\-ups, coordinate meetings, and ensure opportunities move consistently through the pipeline.
Our current focus market is Saudi Arabia, and we already have an on\-ground representative there. This role will coordinate closely with him to ensure proper follow\-up, meeting scheduling, lead tracking, and execution discipline.
- **Key Responsibilities:***
- Manage and nurture incoming leads
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, etc.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Maintain lead tracking and follow\-up discipline
- Ensure timely responses and momentum across opportunities
- Coordinate closely with the Saudi\-based representative
- Push internal/external stakeholders for follow\-ups and updates
- Maintain CRM and lead management systems
- Support expansion into additional international markets in future
