leading provider of HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) automation solutions. We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build long\-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC \& BMS solutions.
• Prepare and share techno\-commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• **3–5 years** of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in **HVAC, BMS, Building Automation, Electrical, Fire \& Safety, MEP, Industrial Automation, or Technical Sales** is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
