About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture strategic key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross\-selling.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure service levels and customer commitments are met.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare business reviews, MIS reports, and performance presentations for clients and management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in logistics, e\-commerce, supply chain, SaaS, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong relationship management and client retention skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and generate insights.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in logistics, marketplace, supply chain, or technology\-driven service organizations will be preferred.
