Lead Generation Executive

Position Summary
The Lead Generation Executive shall be responsible for identifying, researching, generating, qualifying, and maintaining high\-quality leads for Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. and IBOSD operations. The role involves data mining, prospect research, CRM management, lead tracking, market intelligence, and supporting the sales team with qualified business opportunities.
The Lead Generation Executive shall ensure that all leads are properly recorded, updated, and monitored within the CRM system to support sales growth and business expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Prospect Research
- Generate leads from colleges, universities, training institutes, corporates, industries, government departments, NGOs, and professional associations.
- Identify key decision\-makers, including:
- HR Managers
- Training Managers
- Learning \& Development Managers
- Safety Managers
- HSE Managers
- CSR Managers
- Placement Officers
- Principals
- Directors
- Business Owners
- Develop and maintain targeted prospect databases.
CRM Management
- Create and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
- Update lead status regularly.
- Track enquiry progression.
- Assign leads to Telecallers, BDEs, and BDMs.
- Maintain lead history and follow\-up records.
- Generate CRM reports for management review.
- Monitor lead conversion performance.
- Ensure data quality and database integrity.
Data Mining \& Market Research
- Research potential customers using online and offline sources.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Prepare industry\-wise prospect databases.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
Lead Qualification
- Verify contact information.
- Assess lead relevance and business potential.
- Categorize leads according to priority and business opportunity.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain records of:
- Leads generated
- Leads verified
- Leads assigned
- Lead source effectiveness
- CRM performance metrics

QualificationsEssential
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong computer and internet research skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, CRM Management, Data Mining, Telemarketing, or Business Development Support.
- Experience in Education, Training, Certification, Consulting, HR, or Corporate Services sectors.
