Lead Generation Executive - Home Loan Process

The candidate will be responsible for generating potential Home Loan leads through outbound calling, understanding their home loan requirements, explaining the process and basic requirements to interested customers, collecting customer details, and maintaining accurate data entries.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi or Marathi. Basic English preferred.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target\-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in Tele calling, BPO, Banking, Finance or Loan Sales will be an added advantage.
