Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – US Staffing

Location : Gota, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result\-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and building relationships with candidates based in the United States, including recent graduates and students approaching graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms.
• Generate and qualify leads for the US Staffing team.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
• Understand candidate requirements, career goals, and availability.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and lead pipelines.
• Schedule and coordinate initial discussions with interested candidates.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture long\-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams to achieve hiring and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
• Experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced US Staffing environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
