\* Preferred Background: Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Microfinance Key Responsibilities:
\* New customer acquisition for Gold Loan products
\* Field sales, client meetings \& product presentations
\* Relationship management \& customer servicing
\* Gold loan balance transfer handling
\* Gold evaluation \& verification
\* Bank relationship management
\* Compliance \& documentation adherence
\* Experience in field sales
\* Knowledge of Gold Loans / Loan Documentation preferred
\* Strong communication \& customer handling skills
\* Local language proficiency mandatory
\* Familiarity with local market/geography
\* Bike \& Valid Driving License Mandatory
