Logistics Operations Manager

Core Job Responsibilities

• *Warehouse \& Inventory Management:** Oversee day\-to\-day warehouse operations, including stock inward/outward entries

• *Transportation \& Fleet Coordination:** Manage dispatch schedules, route optimization, vehicle tracking, drivers, and field logistics staff

• *Vendor \& Carrier Management:** Negotiate freight and logistics costs, evaluate 3PL (Third\-Party Logistics) performance, and manage transport contracts
• *Order Fulfillment \& SLAs:** Track deliveries, resolve customer complaints regarding transit damages or shortages, and maintain service level agreements
• *Compliance \& Documentation:** Handle export/import or domestic dispatch paperwork, including e\-way bills, invoices, delivery challans, and safety/regulatory compliance

Qualifications \& Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial fields or a general graduation), often preferred with an MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

• *Experience:**

• *Mid\-to\-Senior Level:* 3 to 10\+ years in manufacturing, FMCG, cold chain, pharma, or export\-import houses (common in hubs like Dhulagari/Howrah).

• Entry/Center\-Level:* 0 to 2 years (freshers occasionally hired for junior/dark\-store or center manager roles)

• *Technical Skills:** Hands\-on experience with SAP, WMS/ERP platforms, advanced Excel, and data analytics

• *Soft Skills**:Strong negotiation, team leadership, cross\-functional coordination, and problem\-solving under tight dispatch deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
