Sales Executive

• **Experience:** Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the commercial printing, packaging, large\-format printing, or signage industry.
• **Product Knowledge:** Familiarity with printing processes (offset, digital, screen printing) and substrates/materials (paperboard, corrugated, vinyl, etc.).
• **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical print specifications in simple terms.
• **Sales Aptitude:** Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing deals.
• **Tech\-Savvy:** Comfort using CRM software, email outreach tools, and basic office applications.
• **Mobility:** Willingness to travel for field visits, client meetings, and trade shows
• **Lead Generation \& Prospecting:** Identify prospective customers, make outbound calls, cold call, or follow up on incoming leads.
• **Customer Engagement:** Greet customers (in\-store or virtually), listen to their requirements, and recommend suitable products or services.
• **Product Presentation:** Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, and deliver clear sales pitches.
• **Negotiation \& Closing:** Discuss pricing, handle objections, negotiate contract terms, and finalize sales transactions.
• **Relationship Management:** Follow up with clients to ensure post\-purchase satisfaction, address complaints, and encourage repeat business.
• **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed call and interaction logs, update customer databases (CRM), and report sales metrics to management.

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
