**Interview Coordination:** Schedule and conduct interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and clients, and gather post\-interview feedback
**Market Research:** Study industry trends, map competitor companies, and build a robust talent pipeline for high\-demand roles
**Shadowing \& Training:** Participate in client meetings, attend training workshops, and shadow senior recruiters to learn negotiation, client relationship management, and talent acquisition strategies
**Database \& MIS :** Maintain candidate records and prepare daily and monthly reports for tracking candidate activity
