Job Role \- US Recruiter

Shift\- Us Shift 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST

5 Days working model \- Saturday and Sunday off

Location \- Vijay Nagar Indore

• Understand client hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks
• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with clients
• Maintain candidate records and follow\-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Open to freshers and entry\-level candidates
