*The ideal candidate will have international business experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of outsourcing services in the AEC sector.**

*Key Responsibilities**
*Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (especially the USA).**
*Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and construction firms.**
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.**
*Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.**
*Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.**
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.**
*Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.**
*Requirements**
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).**
*Minimum 2–3 years of international business development experience, preferably in AEC outsourcing or related services.**
*Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets.**
*Experience working with clients from the USA or other global markets.**
*Ability to work independently in a remote setup.**
